As an independent consultant CJB Corporate Coaching combines the best approaches of a coach with the best parts of a consultant while stopping short of being a coachultant. I've taken this approach to get away from the "Lend me your watch and I'll tell you the time" stigma attached to consultants, and the happy clappy approaches of many coaches.

My focus is very simple: To work as an outsider to your organisation, to provide insight into how it is working, challenge the status quo and help it to focus on what is important.
